How to enable Always On display for all samsung phones without rooting

Always on Display is Samsung:

Always on display is one of the samsung’s latest feature and Samsung galaxy S8 is the first Samsung deivce to sport always on display feature. You can set up a clock or wallpaper and the latest update allows gif image in the always on display. Sasmung officially added this feature only in it’s S8 ans S9 series. We can add this feature in all the samsung smartphones which runs on Android 7.0+. Lets see how.

How to:

  • Please make sure you already enabled external apk installation. (Settings->Security settings->Unknown sources)
  • Download and install the apk from here. (Don’t run the app now)
  • Reboot the device after installed.
  • App ks ready to run now.

Always on display will consume your battery and as a best practise you can schedule it to display only between a particular time period.

Please note that this app is in beta testing and the stable version is yet to be launched. As per the latest update log, the schedule function isn’t working all the time and this will be fixed in the next update. Please visit the downloads section periodically to see if your app got any updates
